As Vanmala Subramaniam reports, roughly 24 per cent of workers did their jobs exclusively from home in January 2022, according todata, but by December, 2022, that proportion had declined to 16 per cent. In that period, the proportion of workers with hybrid arrangements rose from 3.6 per cent to 9.
