Ottawa Valley dentists applaud new national dental care plan for children

Depending on income and circumstances, the program could see parents claim $260 to $650 per child, per year tax free.

"Families will come and say we just don't have the money to afford it," Bansal tells CTV News Ottawa. "We see children with so many cavities." i have no teeth im 30 later this month this wont help me as i need dentures but it helps the youth people younger then me also in poverty its better then what the cons would do as they would like to make sure you have nothing and cut funding to every program possible

Of course the dentists applaud this, more customers equal more profit.

It’s actually for children under 12, not children 12 and under.
