Residents can sign up through CRA account

The temporary Canada Dental Benefit is now accepting applications from qualified applicants, says a news release from MP Terry Sheehan.

The Canada Dental Benefit is available to families with children under 12 who have an adjusted net income of less than $90,000, and who do not have access to private dental insurance. It allows families to access direct, tax- free payments totalling up to $1,300 per child for dental care services in accordance with the below:Those who apply online and are signed up for direct deposit can receive their payment within five business days.

The releaste states the temporary benefit is the first step to building a "long-term Canada-wide dental care program."

COVID aid payment is essentially a loan. The rules were unclear when they were rushed out in 2020, and they now audit everybody and fight for every penny. The rules we spelled out.
