The Liberals expect the program will create 3,000 new affordable housing units across Canada.

Afordable housing isn't going to solve the homeless problem. Asylums, proper medical care in said asylums and drug programs being added into an expanded incarceration system would be a much greater use of money. But oh no lets continue letting the east vote lib over and over.
How about some funding for housing that targets the working class + students?
