She was driving back on Friday after spending the week holidaying with a friend and her two dogs.Jordy Honner was road-tripping to Pinjarra, south of Perth, from Carnarvon, about 600km north of the capital, was then brutally attacked.After starting her drive about 3pm, Ms Honner noticed a man driving a white Holden Colorado ute was following her after she had pulled into a roadhouse about 170km south of Carnarvon.
"He had followed me and he didn't get out of the car at Billabong Roadhouse so I was like 'oh, well this is a bit suss,'" Ms Honner said.He approached the woman and asked her about six times for her mobile number. "I said, 'I'm not interested mate' like I'm just not interested, and he was like, na, na, na, what's ya number? What's ya number?She is now suffering significant injuries and is appealing for the public to help find the perpetrator."The torture. I was just like, I thought I was dead," she said.
Ms Honner said the man grabbed the right side of her jumper and pulled even harder when he saw her reaching for a knife out of the car door.The woman was dragged under her own Toyota Land Cruiser and left with injuries to her eye socket, jaw, ribs and pelvis. "Did he think he'd killed me and he was going to hide my body then someone drove past or he heard a car coming?" she wondered."I've woken up to him [the truck driver] pouring water on my face," she said."I want him to get locked up and he can be locked up for life," Ms Honner said.
