Andrew Clarke, the owner of the Jinks Winery that was destroyed by the Bunyip State Park bushfire, has told 9News of the devastation to his property in light of the blaze.

"I dreading going out there because, I've lived there for 40 years. I don’t want to see the devastation but I'm going to have to face up to it. "My work is making wine and brewing beer. I’ve just purchased some equipment from Germany to make beer and... I’ve just heard my winery - the whole roof’s caved in on it and I’m waiting to hear if any of my equipment is salvageable.

Mr Clarke also took aim at Parks Victoria and Forest Fire Management Victoria, accusing them of not burning off enough land in the lead-up to this year's fires.
