Australian UFC star Robert Whittaker has his eyes set on a rematch with middleweight champion Israel Adesanya following a dominant win in the main event of UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas.
Whittaker, a former UFC middleweight champion, produced a commanding overall performance against American Kelvin Gastelum, earning a unanimous decision win . Despite finishing the contest with a number of bumps and cuts on his face, Whittaker was in full control for the entire five-round fight as he outclassed the American with a wide range of jabs and kicks.hadn't competed since last October when he defeated Jared Cannonier."Obviously, this was a very hard fight. I think a lot of people were selling Kelvin short for where he was in the rankings.
