In a moving documentary about the impact of the pandemic, Anna shares her despair after loved ones are diagnosed with COVID-19, Eric discovers how much he will miss his family when they leave and Siena tells how her remote Indigenous community coped.

Olivia is a two-time Walkley Award-winning documentary filmmaker and video-journalist.

Olivia was one of eight young filmmakers who travelled solo to 10 countries in 100 days, filming in each place.I mentored story and she took on all aspects of shooting.Bernie made a film about a Melbourne restaurant making food for frontline coronavirus workers including his housemate, who is a doctor.Lou was climbing trees, Eric's family was dancing and singing, Anna was painting by candlelight. All shot by themselves, within COVID-19 guidelines.

Our filmmakers looked down the lens of their cameras as if talking to me and I would interview them via FaceTime set up on their computer nearby. Some of the interviews came back with compromised frames or sound dropping out halfway through when they changed a battery, but most of it had clear audio and focus, so we were happy.Even though it was all done remotely, the process was much like normal filmmaking.

We included the filmmakers throughout their story edit — sending them scripts and cuts, so they could follow the story's progression.21-year-old Anna spent lockdown alone in a Brisbane apartment counting the hours to speak to her family in Italy each evening."Filming gave me confidence and sharing this story has given me the freedom to express my creativity even further."

World wide Covid stats - the figures do not support Gov actions. Masks, Lockdowns and Social Distancing seem to have no effect on Covid's natural progression. Covid peaks and fades just like other viruses. This video is compelling.

Why? Everyone already knew how lockdown was and if not... They found out... Who is would watch someone else lockdown experience when they themselves... You know what, I don't even care enough to finish this post...

Queensland records new COVID-19 cases after relaxing restrictionsQueensland has recorded three new cases of COVID-19 since reopening its borders to ACT and relaxing state restrictions. This article is misleading. No where does it mention the source of these cases, which are actually all external. AnnastaciaMP has the real updates. This is dishonest journalism plain and simple. OlivanaSmith owes us a correction and apology. Unless you wanted to scare people? Wow! So blatantly misleading that it changes how I perceive 9News! All 3 cases hadn't been in the community. This article seems desperate to try to imply that they relate to the government's recent actions. If this was a mistake, I think an apology should be published. What a trash headline. You're implying that these cases are a direct result of relaxing restrictions. They are cases already in quarantine that returned positive results. Be better.
