Warriors coach Andrew Webster has labelled his side’s preparation as a key factor in his side burying it’s embarrasing 60 point loss to the Titans to beat the Broncos in Round 17.Webster admitted his side left their loss, and performance, on the Gold Coast , but carried the feeling of it throughout their preparation this week.
“In the hotel the next morning when we watched it back we made a deal that we were going to not walk past it and be real accountable right here and right now.The Warriors coached this was crucial in his side getting the two points against the Broncos as it ensured his side did not turn up for the contest “with a hangover this week and lacking confidence.
Without the ball there was a steel and determination in defence that evaded the Warriors throughout the entirety of their 80 minute embarrassment at the hands of the Titans.
