By Christmas day, the government has guaranteed up to 30 visitors will be allowed in your home once the state hits a target of 80 per cent fully vaccinated.Once Victoria hits 70 per cent fully vaccinated, hospitality venues and retail will be able to reopen in outdoor areas only.From October 26, swimming pools and community facilities will be opened to limited numbers for fully vaccinated patrons.

Intrastate travel - that is within Victoria's borders - will resume on or around November 5, when the vaccination rate hits 80 per cent.

But… the vax is useless for Delta. It was manufactured for the variant that doesn’t exist now. Singapore reaches 80 % double-vaccination rate but life is not returning to normal. Natural immunity is 14 times better than any juice.
