"Without COVID we were already really struggling under the volume of presentations with the volume of people we were having to look after," she said.
Every single Victorian worker has been through hell. Not just nurses. I also work in the industry as a doctor and used to be a nurse. We need to just do our jobs. We don’t deserve extra money and where exactly will this money come from
Ideally, all health workers should be vaccinated! Rather than buyin submarines!! But money is a problem 🤔

Totally agree -long hard slog for nurses nearly 18 months.All the risk and in return get to be in iso half the time cos public hospitals still got shit practices. Then when are off the clock friends don’t want to get too close treat them like the plague.
