The state has seen a spike in the number of COVID-19 cases in the past days following widespread Black Lives Matter protests in early June. “This government made a clown of itself for months, all hair chested, playing the little dictator with ludicrous bans that made no real difference to anything”. He also said the state “ran an honor system of quarantine” as cases spread.
