"The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision," Mr Alito wrote in the ruling.
What about the babies rights to life?
So abortion will still be available except the level of regulation is now a state issue. Isn't that how we do it here too? What's the problem?

Access to medical procedure on a healthy adult being a right always was a very odd concept. A lesson on responsible medical regulation vs reasonable access to such procedures. The second part is the big concern and the debate the US has to have now.
