It comes amid the Reserve Bank calling for the federal government to bring forward

I hope they’ve got some - 11 years ago the Rudd Government made the same request, and the States were very unequally prepared (SA had the most! NSW struggled to field a glossy). Infra is hard to accelerate unless *very* good plans are in the drawer already.
