Religious ceremonies will be capped at 150 people at the venue, with no more than 75 people allowed indoors.Offices will remain capped at 50 per cent of staff. Acting Premier James Merlino said restrictions would likely further ease across Melbourne and regional Victoria next Thursday night."The regional/metro divisions will come down and we'll be able to travel more freely around the state again," he said.
