Tougher border checks loom for visitors as virus cabinet considers mandatory quarantine

Prime Minister Scott Morrison spoke to Ms Ardern and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Saturday about the international efforts ahead of a secure phone hook-up with the state and territory leaders on Sunday.
