Video-sharing giant TikTok has been told to block accounts of users if it cannot verify their age after a 10-year-old girl in Italy died taking part in a terrifying viral challenge.

I dont understand why she has a phone at the age of 10 , and have these sorts of apps on their phones, why arent the parent monitoring what thier kids and downloading , and checking into these apps. SO Sorry for his lost
