I would rather pay more to Virgin than fly Qantas or jetstar both of which has been convicted of misleading & deceptive conduct at least 3 times & fined $4.4 million dollars for selling tickets on flights they knew would never fly.
No lamenting here. Tried to fly them twice. Both times my flight was cancelled the day before. Both times I had to spend a fortune on a new flight on another airline.
