Dreamworld is closing its iconic Tower of Terror II ride as part of a major overhaul for the Gold Coast theme park.

The ride’s closure makes way for a $50 million revamp which includes new attractions at the park. Dreamworld will implement world-leading safety standards, three years on from the Thunder River Rapids tragedy which claimed the lives of four people. Image: Getty
