A teenage schoolgirl has been injured on the New South Wales Mid-North Coast after a motorcyclist who was riding on a footpath crashed into her while she was crossing a road. 9News

said in a statement today that the 13-year-old girl has been crossing Nicholson Street outside a school in South Kempsey about 3.30pm on Monday when she was knocked to the ground by the vehicle.

Both the rider and the schoolgirl are flung to the ground before the girl slowly gets to her feet and the motorcyclist scrambles to stand the bike back up and ride away.The motorcyclist rode off a footpath, crashing into the unaware teenage girl, who had been standing on the side of the road.
