Sky News host Chris Kenny says the suggestion that South Australia's green energy plans are working couldn't be 'further from the truth'.

Chris Kenny, Sky News host Remember that big battery that was supposed to save South Australia, the state that blacked itself out three years ago. Well it's been in place for a couple of years and is going well and is about to be expanded. With even more government money, $23 million from state and federal coffers. There is no limit to the amount of government money propping up renewable energy and the infrastructure it needs.

The battery is there to essentially iron out the flat spots, make the grid more stable as wind energy, solar energy and baseload power kick in and out. In other words, it is an essential part of a modern grid now, it is another additional cost needed now that we have dramatically changed our electricity grid in the push for renewables.

'Progressive electricity grid', coming soon to all Victorians

Could we install turbines in the Sky News building - there is enough bluster & hot air from their commentators to generate quite a bit of electricity. It would generate all year round and mention of ABC, Climate Change would sustain the generation.

Their battery last 7 mins! Worse than a cheap reject shop one

although there is no proof to refute such claims that doesn't stop chris and sky from promoting bs

And you thought the liberals were smarter. 😂😅🤣😂😂😂
