Sky News host Peta Credlin says issues expressed by the energy minister over summer blackouts and plans to scale back a Queensland dam's capacity are signs 'our country is starting to go backwards'. Credlin

Sky News host Peta Credlin says issues expressed by the energy minister over summer blackouts and plans to scale back a Queensland dam's capacity are signs "our country is starting to go backwards". "We've been so captured by political correctness and the politics of running away from hard decisions," she said.

Ms Credlin agreed with Treasurer Josh Frydenberg's assertion workforce participation needed to be increased "to meet the demographic challenge". She said Australia needs to return to utilising its natural assets, the way it "used to do" before the "green religion started to get in the way". "We need to make the most of... coal, gas, uranium, landmass and productive farming land.

Bit slow there Sky News. Run out of dog whistles have we?

Yes nationalisation Ms Cred find the truth in your heart use the force for good of your fellows protect lessor humans from the dark forces of fascism use the force before it devours you on the altar of moral attrition prove to the world ' the plain of morality is unflat'

Pfshaw Ms. Credlin need to re-establish sovereignty of our natural resources the way we used too before Howard sold us for 1¢ a litre for our LNG leasing our port of Darwin the list is as long as it is incredlin nationalisation

The convict colony mentality Aussie nation was never moving forward - and has no 'righteous rights' to the country.

No it's a sign that the UN's Agenda 21 & Agenda 2030 are well on track

Where are the plans to scale back dam capacity? They don't exist and it's just more alarmist lies by the Coalition and their supporters to scare people and stop them looking at the regressive oppressionist policies the Coalition has.

Started going backwards in 2013, when she and her vandals destroyed all political sentiment and created hysteria.

We need a strong leader that isnt worried about polls just bulldozing through new infrustructure. We laugh at Trump and Putin and china but they ill have the last laugh

Starting?

NC_24 “Starting to go backwards”? Starting! Expensive electricity in a country which should have the cheapest electricity, blackouts in States which ought to have energy to spare, unaffordable rents in cities which should have abundant housing is evidence that regress started long ago.

If labor and the greens would stop blocking every move the LNP make then things might get done . Impossible to govern when you have to rely on independents who only care about their small pocket of voters. Our political system sucks

SEVEN YEARS OF LNP GOV... and no energy plan!!!! Remember the NEG? The plan to fix this mess, destroyed by Abbott & his mates If we have Blackouts this summer AngusTaylorMP ScottMorrisonMP will be to blame. auspol

She is spot on unfortunately 🤬🤬

Im not aware of any greens governing any local or state governments... so why is it greens fault for not looking after National parks etc

I have to agree with Peta when she says... summer blackouts and plans to scale back a Queensland dam's capacity are signs 'our country is starting to go backwards'. PS. Coal-fire powertothepeople should be our goal--and rainwater in dams is liquid gold?🥰

Forced Backwards by the Federal Coalition Government.

Havenaar64 We are so chronically short of water in Queensland, and they want to scale back dam capacity? Nope. Wake up ScottMorrisonMP , your government needs to do better than this. Stop acting like Queensland Labor.

Havenaar64 Australians need to prepare for our governments failure, they have overextended in immigration now the country is going to suffer. they knew 30 years the population that was sustainable by this countries resources and they ignored it. this is not climate change but mismanagement

AStrongerOZ And if Australians don't start to make some noise like the rest of the world we will be taken over by corrupt communist evil.

Starting to go back. No that has been happening since 1973. Start learning Mandarin.

Starting to? It started to in 2013 when the coalition got in, we are going so fast backwards now the bugs are starting to build up of the rear windscreen 😂😂😂

Australia will be snapped up by China - all our own making.

Moronic labor water policy.

We've had decades to plan for this. If he's expecting summer blackouts after over 6 years of government, then he's absolutely part of the problem

'Sky News host Peta Credlin says issues expressed by the energy minister ' Disaster prone Angus Taylor who doesn't know his arse from his elbow. I can see that Credlin probably admires him though.
