Tasmanian Premier Will Hodgman has announced he is stepping down from parliament, making the shock announcement during a snap press conference -
saying it's time to make way for new leadership. Mr Hodgman had been an MP for close to 18 years, a state Liberal leader for 13 years and Premier since 2014.
