Ironically, Ruddock - now Lord Mayor in Hornsby - has to live with the consequences of higher immigration, most felt in the suburbs

House prices ‘to fall 20 per cent’AMP Capital has revised its forecasts for the Australian property market downwards as a perfect storm of factors turns the property boom to a “bust”. No, they won't fall 'to 20%'. Think you mean 'by 20%'. And also in just Melbourne and Sydney. To 'fall to 20%' would be an 80% drop. That won't happen unless an epidemic of the bubonic plague was to wipe out most of the population.
