Money being spent on new rail lines and tunnels while maintenance of existing trains - older trains still in service need more maintenance, tracks and signalling cut back hence breakdowns more frequent. Relevant to virus as platforms / trains more crowded for longer due breakdown

Because they need time to disinfect the modes of transport!

Immigration is too high, it’s not hard.

Many can work from home and not just because of corona virus.

Commute times are the least of our worries.
