Stan Grant has a new gig

In February 2019, Sarah Ferguson was"The whole world is focused on China now; it's actually the defining story of our age," Grant said.

ABC's news director Gaven Morris said the national broadcaster intends to increase its coverage of China despite not currently having any correspondents in the country."We're looking at all the different options to get journalists back in and reporting from Beijing again," Morris said. "What we really need to do is explain China much more thoroughly and that's [why Grant's role] is very much focused on context and analysis.

Stan has an interesting childhood though...good background but think he’s taken it a bit tooo easy ...

Diversity pick ✅

Some of Stan’s international analysis, particularly on China, is very good.

Don't you mean as an International Woke Analyst

He should have been hosting abc730 or qanda or insiders but we have the jawless lineup

He knows fuck all outside of Australia, he has spent all his time being the indigenous reporter rather than than foreign affairs report ( who is a First Nations person)

hughriminton Fake tan might dull

Oh great - another virtue signalling Lefty. Just what their ABC needs.

hughriminton Good on you ABC

RichardTuffin Great journalist. Looking forward to his stories.

Oh goodie, more windy waft from Earnest Stan...

Great news. He’s a terrific journalist 🙌 Could he also take over Insiders?

ABC again avoids diversity of opinion . . . put it behind a paywall ScottMorrisonMP

Hope they give him enough time to get his usual verbose opinions across

How much is it going to cost me?

What a surprise.

Conservative free zone.

Congrats to Stan Grant. A Wiradjuri man doing great things.

Gets where water can’t. Never see him up here in NT trying to sort out this absolute mess that sit down money, royalties and grog cause.

No way they’re sacking him !

Job on wokeness not on merit.

Send him to China 🇨🇳........

Australia's most GRANDIOSE man wants to tell you about his pain. 🙄💤

merrry go round

Why do journalists love patting themselves on the back so? Second only to actors.

Care factor.. Less than Zero!

Mhm

Great hire!

Orange man bad

Replacing who

Well, that will give a balanced view to the ABC ..... 😛😂🤣

Who cares

New gig same narrative.
