South Australia Premier Steven Marshall is adamant Adelaide is in an excellent position to host a COVID vaccine manufacturing plant amid concerns over shortages in supply over the jab.

1min

The Federal Government is under pressure to fast-track manufacturing capabilities after the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation revised its recommendation which will now see only those over 60 receive the AstraZeneca vaccine. A plant in Adelaide already has regulatory approvals to produce biomedical products for human use. BioChina, in conjunction with SA Health, Adelaide University, and Medical Research Institute, will bid for a Commonwealth tender which closes in July.

Manufacture as many of these so called vaccines as you like. I'm not taking that shit until it's got at least ten years under its belt. In the meantime, there's a conspiracy theory out there called an 'immune system'. Clear medical misinformation and I'm glad it's being censored

mRNAdelaide! Let’s make it happen SA! mRNAdelaide

Then go right ahead, what is stopping you.

New COVID rules for ski resorts a 'little impost' on Victorians | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Chris Kenny speaks with Mount Hotham business owner Steve Belli on the impact the new Victorian COVID rules have on the ski resort business.\n\nFrom this weekend the new Victorian health directives state ski goers must produce a negative COVID-19 test result before getting on the slopes.\n\n'Anything that gets people back up to the resorts from the metro areas is seen as a good thing, it's a little bit of an impost on people,' Mr Belli said.\n\n'But we're hoping that the outbreaks in Melbourne will be coming under control in the next week or so and that we can get on with life in a COVID-normal after that.' I don’t see why people are complaining 🙄. Can’t they go and get a covid test before going. Test results are in between 12-24 hrs. Is this an ad? Going to Mount Hotham soon I take it Kenny?

'Incentives' to receive COVID-19 vaccination are 'just not there': Kenny | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Chris Kenny says Australians won't get a 'super high level' of the COVID-19 vaccine take up unless the country 'opens up a bit' and gets used to the virus actually being around the place.\n\nMr Kenny said the government needs to provide 'incentives' to get vaccinated when pursuing a virus elimination strategy.\n\n'The incentives for vaccination are just not there in this country at the moment,' Mr Kenny said.\n\n'If we have a virus elimination strategy there is very little incentive to get vaccinated unless you are elderly, unless you are at risk of serious illness or death is high.\n\n'For the rest of us, the tiny risk of illness from vaccination versus the tiny risk of a serious illness or death from a virus that is just not in circulation – it's a shrug of the shoulders choice isn't it for many people.\n\n'So I've said it before and I'll say it again. You won't get super high level of vaccine take up unless we open up a bit and get used to the virus actually being around the place.\n\n'When a disease is hardly a risk to most of the population, there needs to be a proper, clear incentive for vaccination.' Is CK still raping dogs ? Or we are convinced the vaccine actually works🤷‍♂️
