Sky News host Chris Kenny says while Pauline Hanson sounded unsympathetic in a Monday interview, she was “referring to real issues” and complicated social problems.

On Monday, Ms Hanson was criticised following remarks she made on the Today Show program. Subsequently, Ms Hanson was labelled a racist by some in the media.

“Now as you know, I disagree with Hanson on a range of issues, and have often had animated exchanges with her on this program,” Mr Kenny said. “But you can't go around banning people because what, they sound harsh or unsympathetic”. “If she's wrong, tell her on air. Thrash it out."

‘Ideological arguments’ show Trump Derangement Syndrome runs deep: Kenny | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Chris Kenny says the fact some Leftist media organisations can view the success or failure of a drug used to potentially treat COVID-19 “as being ideological” shows just how deep the Trump derangement Syndrome runs. \n\nIt was revealed this week that the drug hydroxychloroquine, which has been hailed by US President Donald Trump, may in fact be effective as a potential treatment for COVID-19. \n\nMr Kenny said the US President saw the anti-malaria medicine as “a wonder drug”. \n\nHowever, much of the media “including our own ABC, has derided it and dismissed its potential,” Mr Kenny said. \n\nWhile CNN recently reported the drug’s potential ability to boost survival rates among patients, but in the past criticised the President’s endorsement of it. \n\n“How they can view the success or failure of a particular drug as being ideological just shows how deep their Trump derangement syndrome runs,” Mr Kenny said. \n\nImage: AP realDonaldTrump Why can't we disagree with Trump for the undeniable fact he is a deeply corrupt, totally incompetent and outrageously unfit President, without being attacked by the right wing with some stupid label that suggests it's all just a case of sour grapes or unwarranted 'derangement'? realDonaldTrump Yeah, but he also fucked a dog
