Treasurer JoshFrydenberg says Labor should be accountable for what they do, not what they say, as they ‘made a whole mess’ of Australia’s economy when they inherited a ‘pristine’ balance sheet from former Liberal prime minister John Howard. theboltreport

Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has criticised Opposition leader Bill Shorten, saying if elected, Shorten will enforce $387 billion of higher taxes in an economic plan to ‘redistribute the pie’, instead of growing it.

Mr Frydenberg says the Labor party should be accountable for what they do, not what they say, as they ‘made a whole mess’ of Australia’s economy when they inherited a ‘pristine’ balance sheet from former Liberal prime minister John Howard. The Liberal MP says Australia is now second to the US in terms of growth among the G7 nations, growing faster than Japan, Europe and Canada.
