But while the federal Greens are yet to formally commit to supporting the Voice in a referendum, disagreement between Senator Thorpe and the party on how to respond has been publicly acknowledged. While she did not take questions from reporters, Senator Thorpe flagged she would still vote with the Greens on climate change.

I'm a member of the WA Greens who sees Thorpe's stance as one of rank hypocrisy. She is happy to claim a powerful voice for herself in the Parliament, having abandoned the party which got her there, and is set to sabotage a voice for the First Nations ppl of Australia. Shameful.
The only way to address black lives in custody, is to address internal systematic problems in First Nation communities. No Government or amount of money can force someone to behave in a responsible and law abiding way. Only the individual can make such choices.
If you run for one party pre election the post election resign then that seat should be up for election again, this should also be in the constitution
