He is not only fundamentally incorrect in his assumptions around the market, superannuation, buying capacity, and realistic leverage, particularly for the people he claims to be helping, but he is wrong at law on this. Wrong at law.

Even the Liberals think it's a dumb idea

I saw the Canstar calculations showing that the LNP plan would cost homebuyers $1000 more per month than the Labor plan on a $900k loan. That's an extra $450k across the life of the loan.

Why would you let anyone take money from their super? That’s their retirement fund, not their housing fund. Complete and utter stupidity from Morrison who should know better. Desperation.

Scott Morrison suggests Labor may have leaked AUKUS information had it been briefed soonerThe Prime Minister denies that Australia broke with the Biden administration when it decided not to consult Labor about its momentous decision to scrap the French submarine program and unveil an ambitious new plan to build nuclear-powered submarines with the US and the UK. So, the Prime Minster were planning on walking out of the French subs deal... 5 months before.... 'five months before the AUKUS announcement in September last year.' You better believe it. I wouldn't trust Labor with a kid's lunch money. We know him, who in their right mind would want to vote for a blatant lier like Morrison! What an insult from the LNP towards the people of Australia

'Like adding kerosene to a fire': Labor attacks Scott Morrison's super home deposit planLabor housing spokesperson Jason Clare said the policy would drive up prices and hurt young Australians, after the former prime minister and super architect Paul Keating called it a 'full-frontal assault' on the system. A financial whiz-kid I definitely am not..on the contrary, I'm a math-dickhead..but I know enough to know that if innocent dickheads syphon their super & flood the market with MILLIONS of bucks in available cash, it will be a feeding-frenzy for the sharks..Please..dump Morrison.. $50k will be totally absorbed in higher house prices, and people will lose $360,000 of super over a 25 year period based on historical returns. A disgraceful dud policy Liberal have been hell bent on destroying Super for years. Why do you think they allowed ppl access their Super in 2020? It wasn't out of the 'goodness' of their hearts🙄. Jason Clare is 100% right here. But don't take my word for it, just ask the experts who say the same thing.

Scott Morrison defends marginal seat spending saying MPs ‘know what their community needs’Prime minister on ABC’s 7.30 program takes umbrage at question suggesting ‘your government used community sports grants as a slush fund’ Why even bother with this? I mean publishing this served no purpose. Tripe It is all about winning elections, not about need or priorities. If a Liberal electorate has certain needs you could bet the Labor electorates would need exactly the same things, like hospitals, schools, doctors, clean water, aged care facilities etc., not commuter car parks, outrageously expensive swimming pools, or revamped rifle ranges.
