State borders must open up, the Victorian lockdown needs to be lifted and any remaining restrictions have to go soon without “any more political games or delay,” according to Peta Credlin.

State borders must open up, the Victorian lockdown needs to be lifted and any remaining restrictions have to go soon without “any more political games or delay” according to Peta Credlin. Ms Credlin said unlike the Great Depression referenced by the treasurer in his budget speech on Tuesday, the current economic circumstances are not a result of changing conditions, but rather “deliberate government policy to keep us safe”.

“It's still a budget of Liberal values, because at the heart of centre-right politics is the conviction that it's strong businesses - rather than big government - that drives prosperity”. Given the emphasis on business-fuelled recovery, Ms Credlin said all unnecessary restrictions must be lifted because the virus is “almost exclusively a threat to the very old and already very sick”. “ can be protected without economically damaging lockdowns,” she said.

Peta Credlin is correct. It's time to live again. We can't keep being a net loss for Australia.

‘Anti-Trump brigade’ observe President Trump’s COVID infection ‘as karma’ | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Chris Kenny says the “anti-Trump brigade” are seeing the US President’s COVID-19 infection “as some kind of karma” and think him getting the disease proves he’s been wrong to be less than panicked about it in his response. \n\n“The more logical response is that the virus is working its way around the US and people who are out and about campaigning, travelling across the country, might be the most likely people to pick it up,” Mr Kenny said. \n\nPresident Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump were diagnosed with COVID-19 on Friday after coming into contact with aide Hope Hicks who had earlier tested positive.\n\nMr Kenny said if President Trump recovers quickly from the virus it will “tend to underpin his arguments and support his response to this virus”. \n\n“If he is made severely ill, many will say he has underestimated it”. \n realDonaldTrump Chris Kenny is an Aussie moron and everyone knows it. realDonaldTrump It took what, 7 or 8 months for him to get it? And even then it was a worst case scenario. Close contact with an asymptomatic person who was tested and cleared only to develop minor symptoms later. realDonaldTrump Get better 'pundits'. Politics around Trump's COVID case are 'diabolical for Trump, worse for the Left' | Sky News AustraliaSky News host James Morrow says the politics surrounding the president's contraction of COVID are “absolutely diabolical for Trump” but are worse for the Left. \n\n“They cannot contain their rage and their hatred over Donald Trump,” he said. \n\n“The stuff we saw on Friday and Saturday, over the weekend, and elsewhere, just everybody being feral and wishing him dead and all sorts of horrible things, even people like Queensland’s health minister getting in on the act.\n\n“This will then, I think, have the effect of galvanising Trump supporters, saying we can’t let the other guy win.”\n\nMr Morrow said the ugliness from the Left would deter undecided voters from voting for “the side that’s wishing the president of the United States dead”.\n realDonaldTrump yeah, I’m devastated here on the left, not having covid. UK’s shrinking second wave COVID-19 death rate ‘biased’ by testing | Sky News AustraliaAn infectious diseases expert says the discrepancy between the UK’s soaring daily infection rate and the mortality count compared to the first wave is a result of missed cases in the beginning.\n\n“It’s really a function I think of, in the UK in particular, they missed most of their cases during their first wave,” ANU Professor Peter Collignon said.\n\n“I have relatives in the UK who I’m pretty sure had COVID, but they couldn’t get a test, and they were young, and they recovered.”\n\nProfessor Collignon told Sky News host Chris Kenny that while treatment had improved since the pandemic began, it was still not “all that flash”.\n\n“The treatment we’ve got is still not all that flash, I mean we don’t have a magic drug that makes it go away, we do have things that save people or decrease their chance of dying if they’re in intensive care, but none of the drugs are dramatic,” he said.\n\n“It’s better supportive care, better fluids, we know more about the clotting.\n\n“So, yes, the deaths are lower but I think it’s mainly an artifact related to the age of the people being tested.”\n\nProfessor Collignon said people in their 20s and 30s have a mortality rate of about one in 10,000 while people above the age of 85 have a one in three chance.\n\n“So the age of the people getting infected has a big effect,” he said. \n\n“And I think as the problem has gone, older people are getting infected less often compared to young people, and there’s more testing, so that can give us a bias that makes it look like the mortality rate is lower now than it was before.”\n\nMost studies agree the median time from the onset of symptoms to an admission to an intensive care unit is about 10 days. Trump already proved that it's not lethal. Stop the freaking hysteria Well if it is the result of missed cases in the beginning then that is the complete and utter incompetent government not using the technology at hand to actually test for Coronavirus using the correct virology system required. Instead this is the Scamdemic narrative to doomsday
