Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk congratulated the state on "double doughnut day" before noting she would not apologise for strict restrictions "protecting Queenslanders".
"NSW has issued the order to stay at home ... as Dr Young has said very clearly, it only takes one person to bring the virus into Queensland," Ms Palaszczuk said. Ms Palaszczuk said 1800 people are currently in home quarantine and more than 14,300 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
