Queensland's hard border with New South Wales will be back in place tomorrow morning amid concerns about the coronavirus outbreak in Sydney.
Twenty-six people linked to the Northern Beaches outbreak are in hotel quarantine in Queensland. Twenty of those cases have returned negative COVID-19 results. "Realistically, holding out to Wednesday night is maybe giving people false hope, because we know that has changed already, and people do need to plan," she said.
"We are concerned that there are people from the Northern Beaches who have travelled right around Australia, we believe there are people here in Queensland."
