Putin 'frustrated' at soldiers as two 'powerful' bombs leaves city in 'ruins'

Russian forces, including separatist groups, have reportedly entered Mariupol in hopes of pinning down defiant Ukrainian troops in Donbas to prevent them from reinforcing cities such as Kyiv, a senior US Defence official warned.
