SA Police continue their search for a missing person after a kayak was found washed ashore on Thursday.Fresh abalone and an esky were found insidePolice began the search after a blue and white two-seater kayak was found washed up at the Rapid Bay camping ground, about an hour south of Adelaide, around 10am Thursday.
The PolAir helicopter searched waters and a search of local beaches was carried out on foot to try to locate the kayak's owner, but nobody was found.PolAir may be called in to help again today, the spokesperson said.The incident comes four months afterand could not tow the kayak back, so left it adrift as he swam to shore.
