NSW Police said none of the water dragons had life-threatening injuries.
Police said a wildlife officer founded the injured reptiles at the wetlands on Shearwater Drive, Warriewood, around midday. None of the injuries was life-threatening and one of the lizards was treated at a local vet before the four were released back into the wetlands.Young women are being told now is an opportune time to join the farming sector.

I caught neighbours on Tweed River bank attempting to kill a one metre goanna just 3 hours ago. Old man & woman with rake attacking lizard. 'leave it alone etc' I screamed. They ran inside. Goanna fled to tree outside their yard. Olds sneaked out & tried to have another go. GRRR
