A man who allegedly took four children from a property in north Queensland last week and had been on the run has been charged by police.
An amber alert was issued on August 11 for four children who went missing from The Leap, north of Mackay.A 28-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday after police searched a property at The Leap. Police charged him with two counts of contravention of a domestic violence order and one count each of possessing dangerous drugs and utensils.Police said investigations into the incident were ongoing.
