Peter Dalla Rosa has watched his two children settle into a rhythm of remote learning in the past two weeks and as much as he wants to see them back in class, he sees no need to rush.Especially not so his daughter's Catholic primary school, St Mark's in Fawkner, can get an advance on its federal funding.

He is also unconvinced a sudden reversal of remote learning routines is in the students’ best interests. Ms Tomkins has juggled working from home with supervising her daughters’ education, one at Assumption College and one at St Patrick’s Primary, but says the task has been manageable.
Which Medical,officers should we rely on the Federal government or the state ones? Schools are saving money with kids at home because a lot of the running costs and overheads have been reduced, and much of staff salaries already budgeted and paid for....
