Former Victorian Liberal party president Michael Kroger says “of course” Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews should resign. Mr Kroger said the premier introduced into Victoria on July 1st, manslaughter laws which legislate a negligent employer could be charged with a criminal offence. “700 people have died, what is happening to him?” Mr Kroger said.
