The South Australian Employment Tribunal action brought by nurse Joanne Teague claimed her employer — the state government — changed her terms of employment unlawfully, causing an industrial dispute that could be heard by the court.
Ms Teague, who worked at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, was informed of the vaccination requirement on October 7 last year but refused to get vaccinated by November 1.She filed a notice of an industrial dispute on November 24. SA Health, through the Crown Solicitor's Office, said it did not alter the terms and conditions of her employment since it was just following a direction under the state's Emergency Management Act.
"The respondent [SA Health] is doing no more than respecting and applying the law, in the form of the Emergency Management Act direction," he said."The applicant's grievance is the result of the application of SA law to her personal choice of not accepting a TGA [Therapeutic Goods Administration] approved vaccine.

yup those Pfizer docs are really helping make it informed consent
Another unjust, unlawful decision by our corrupt judiciary. It's time for our parliamentary, legal & executive system of oppression was introduced to the gibbet.
Legislation says people must do what the law says. Especially if they work for the government
Hope the lawyer was pro bono or at least no win/no fee. Hate to think they're out there grifting off 'gofundme' gronks.
Health First and Staying Safe.
Good
A government has to be able to put laws and rules in place that will protect fellow workers, the public and everyone else. I think that whatever anyone thinks about the vaccine this is the right decision.
Joanne Teague always did spend too much time on Facebook during her breaks.
All nurses that took part Should be Fired
