Nigel Farage has suffered a humiliating defeat in the UK election, with exit polls showing the newly formed Brexit Party winning zero seats.

The former UKIP leader has clashed with Prime Minister Boris Johnson, saying he doesn’t trust the Tories— but in early November opted to stand down all 317 Brexit Party candidates in Conservative-held seats for fear of splitting the vote.

This victory for Boris was hugely helped by us and is far better than the Marxist Corbyn and a second referendum.Instead, Mr Farage ran candidates in 130 Labour-held seats to challenge Jeremy Corbyn’s “Remainer Party”, targeting constituencies in South Wales and North England that backed Brexit in 2016.

“We can win those seats if people vote for the candidate most likely to win and to deliver a real Brexit, the one we voted for,” Mr Farage said in a video message before polls opened. “Without the Brexit Party’s voice in the House of Commons, I don’t trust Boris to deliver a proper Brexit.”🗣️ "If we get Brexit... we've done a good job"

Either your deliberately misleading with your headline or you are very, very dumb. I mean soooooooo dumb. History suggests it's the second one.

Not happy with the result so you pick a tiny win to have a hearty newsdotcom chuckle at. 👏 Clive Palmer Round 2.

Brexit Party never intended to win seats. They specifically targeted Labour seats knowing that some rusted on Labour voters would never vote Tory, so gave them an alternative to get a swing against Labour in a first past the post voting system. Farage got exactly what he wanted..

😂 what a take. 😂

Even better we will have renewed trading arrangements with the UK as will the US so good upside for Ozzie manufactures exporters and service providers.

Labor and Greens are where they should be in 2020 just no a realistic policies to move people forward living in the past glories of union power and uneducated followers with voters following the last generation. Great result if achieved now they can have boarder control.

And Corbyn?

Nice spin attempt. Farage wins when Boris wins and gets Brexit done. Leftards are desperate to try to count something, anything, as a win on a day of utter defeat for them.

Because they use outdated 'first past the post' they did not want to split the vote. They still win.

Did he really though?

Your title is misleading. The votes aren’t in yet.

They played the role of spoiler. If Boris wins then his job is done.

Deserving.

That’s a very interesting take
