Sky News host Paul Murray has thanked all those who generously donated towards the recovery of heroic toddler Lorelei Bellchambers, with over $40,000 dollars raised within 24 hours for her cause. On Tuesday, the Paul Murray LIVE program revisited the story of a toddler who had suffered a broken neck in a car crash in Wyong in October, when she was just a few months from her second birthday.

At the time of the accident, Lorelei had controversially been discharged from Wyong hospital while still suffering from a fractured neck, despite her parents pleading for a full examination. Her parents, Elise and Ben Bellchambers, spoke to Mr Murray about young Lorelei’s injuries and how she has defied all odds by now walking unassisted. Mr Murray has urged people to donate to the family’s GoFundMe page, set up for both Lorelei and her parents, which has the aim or raising $50,000 dollars.

That's one, now we only have to fund raise for the others since Morrison has not paid out the budgeted ndis

It’s amazing that Paul ‘Scummy’ Murray will take up a cause for this young child yet dismiss indigenous child only to complain and blame Labor. Equity by this grub is ridiculous... just my opinion

Well done Paul Murray pm_live & all those kind souls.

God bless those hands
