Perth brothers Ambrose and Xavier Clarke, who had their original murder convictions quashed, are given heavier sentences after being found guilty for the second time.

Two murdering brothers who had their original convictions quashed have been given heavier sentences after being found guilty for the second time for killing a Perth businessman eight years ago.The conviction in the first trial was quashed five years into their sentencesafter a retrial in the WA Supreme Court earlier this year.

But when the retrial found them both again guilty of murder, a life sentence was again handed down with the minimum jail term raised to 21 years. He was then wrapped in black plastic and put in the back of his own vehicle, which was driven to a Rivervale motel.
