Prime Minister Scott Morrison, the state Premier and the RFS commissioner will be at the state memorial service, which will include performances from Delta Goodrem and Koomurri.

A state memorial service will be held today to pay tribute to the 25 people who were killed in the unprecedented bushfire season in New South Wales.The state memorial will may tribute to the 19 civilians and six firefighters who died this season

It will be open to the public and attended by the Prime Minister, NSW Premier and NSW RFS CommissionerNSW Rural Fire Service personnel and members of the public are expected to attend the memorial, held at Sydney Olympic Park from 11:30am. The service, attended by state premier Gladys Berejiklian and RFS Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons, will pay tribute to those killed since October 2019.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison will also attend the memorial, taking place at Qudos Bank Area which has a maximum capacity of 8,000.
