Morrison, Andrews can both be ‘bulldozers’ but one has something to show for it

But he is also backed by a band of adoring acolytes who won’t tolerate a bad word about him. Some Victorians tired of hearing Andrews speaking at his daily press conferences during the state’s lockdowns.Likewise, a Liberal Party ad depicting Opposition leader Anthony Albanese as Andrews’ puppet has some Labor and Liberal strategists scratching their heads. If you believe published polling, Labor’s state primary vote is well ahead of Labor’s federal primary vote in Victoria.

Yet people in focus groups often struggle to list Morrison’s achievements, although they are well aware of shortcomings with Australia’s vaccine rollout.
