Sky News Host Chris Kenny says former US first lady Michelle Obama has offered a "dismal assessment of American voters" when she suggested US President Donald Trump was a racist, and that this somehow worked for him electorally.

Mr Kenny said Ms Obama's claim only a "tiny fraction" of protests turned violent was, "quite the understatement" given we have seen murders, beatings, fires, windows smashed and neighbourhoods trashed across many US cities "As for whipping up violence, that is an incredible slight against the president when the protests have been fanned by the Left, against him," he said.
