A search is underway across the country to find a man accused of sex offences involving a child. South Australia and Victoria police are searching for Allan Hopkins, 44.
South Australian sex predator Allan Hopkins’ dark past revealed. Hopkins served a seven-year sentence for kidnapping a 10-year-old girl from her Paralowie home and raping her in 2007. He was declared a high-risk offender last year and put on a supervision order that expired last month. South Australia police are now looking for Hopkins over separate sex offences involving a child. It is believed he may have fled to Victoria. It’s unclear when the alleged offending occurred.
