The Allan government on Monday confirmed the approval of a build-to-rent development in Docklands. Picture: NCA Newswire / Nicki Connolly Ms Allan reaffirmed that"building more homes for Victorians is a top priority of our government", with a key component of that industry partnerships.

"This... is exactly where we want to see more homes being built. It's well serviced here in Docklands... by public transport, many jobs in the local area and also good strong services as well." "We've got something like over 18,000 build-to-rent properties... either under construction or in the approvals pipeline," she said.
