A man has been charged after allegedly stabbing a man to death at Frankston Pier in what has been described as an unprovoked attack.The 45-year-old Cranbourne North man died at the scene.
A short time after the incident, police arrived at the scene and arrested the 36-year-old. He will appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Sunday.
